Faqs for Ecig and Eigarette

 How does it work?

There are 3 parts to the ecig;

1. Battery

2. Atomiser

3. Cartridge

The Ecig automatically activates once you take a draw and we recommend that you take long slow draws to get the most vapour.

On the tip of the Ecig is a LED that lights up to let you know the battery is charged and is powered on.

The atomiser heats up the liquid contained in the cartridge and produces vapour that actually looks like smoke.

When you stop using / drawing on the Ecig it automatically stops working too.

Should I charge the battery before using it?

The battery should be charged fully before usage.

The first time you should charge it for about half an hour and then consequently you should charge it 2-3 hours every time.

How long does the battery last ?

One charge is about equal to one cartridge.

What is the life span of the battery?

Depending on usage the battery should last for between 200 and 300 chargers.

What is the atomiser?

The atomiser is the heating element of the device.

It stimulates the e liquid to be inhaled by the user and when the device is activated the atomizer heats up and vaporizes the liquid solution inside the cartridge.

What is the lifespan of the atomizer?

The atomizer will last for between 200 and 300 cartridges.

What is the cartridge?

The cartridge is the part of the ecig that contains the liquid solution to be vaporised and is also the mouthpiece where the flow of vapour is transferred to the users mouth.

How long does the cartridge last?

Ecig and Greencig cartridges approx 250- 300 puffs equivalent to 20-25 tobacco cigarettes.

Eigarette cartridges approx 150 puffs equivalent to 10-15 tobacco cigarettes.

What should I do when there is no vapour?

Check that the battery is charged.

The battery will flash 3 times to indicate that the battery needs to charged.

The cartridge may be empty and may need replacing if there is no vapour.

The atomizer may have expired and will need replacing with a new one.

When should I replace the cartridge?

If there is no vapour and the battery is charged replace the cartridge accordingly.

How long does one charge last?

One charge is equal to approximately one cartridge.

Where can I smoke my Eicg?

The Electronic Cigarette can be used legally almost anywhere and everywhere, even where traditional smoking is prohibited.

The Electronic Cigarette is not lit and smoke is not produced. The smoke that you see is strictly a harmless vapor mist.
